Strawberry Milkshake Crepes

Crepes:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups Marcel’s Whole Milk
- 3 tablespoons strawberry milk mix
- 2 cups flour
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling:
- 1 Cup Marcel’s Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Make the filling: Beat together 1 cup of Marcel’s Heavy Whipping Cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until thickened, and until peaks begin to form when you lift the beaters. In another bowl, smash 2 cups of strawberries and add the 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir to combine. Set aside while the crepes cook. When you are reading for serving, fold the berries into the cream, including any juices.
- Make the crepes: In a bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, Marcel’s Whole Milk and strawberry milk powder. Add the remaining ingredients, 2 cups flour, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons butter, and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- Pan-Fry the Crepes: Heat a crepe pan or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter if desired. Pour 1/3 cup into the pan, or 1/4 cup if your pan is smaller. Swirl the pan to coat the entire bottom and allow to cook until set. Gently flip and cook until lightly golden. Repeat until the batter is gone. Serve with whipped cream and berries.
