- 2 frozen bananas
- 2.5 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 cup Marcel’s Oat Protein Beverage
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Banana: Cut the frozen banana in pieces and add it to a blender.
- Blend the Ingredients: Add 50 g of blueberries, half the oats, and Marcel’s Oat Protein Beverage. Blend into a smoothie.
- Decorate and Enjoy: Add the mixture to a bowl, and decorate with the remaining blueberries and oats and the peanut butter. Enjoy!
