  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2.5 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 1 cup Marcel’s Oat Protein Beverage
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Banana: Cut the frozen banana in pieces and add it to a blender.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Add 50 g of blueberries, half the oats, and Marcel’s Oat Protein Beverage. Blend into a smoothie.
  3. Decorate and Enjoy: Add the mixture to a bowl, and decorate with the remaining blueberries and oats and the peanut butter. Enjoy!
